By accessing or using EcomTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

By creating an account or using EcomTracker, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

EcomTracker is a web-based profit tracking dashboard for e-commerce businesses. The Service allows users to:

• Track product profitability and ad spend
• Connect to Meta Ads and Google Ads APIs to retrieve campaign data
• Record and analyze monthly revenue and profit data
• View analytics and performance reports

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
• Violate the terms of any connected third-party service (Meta, Google)
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Third-Party Integrations

EcomTracker integrates with Meta Ads and Google Ads APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of those platforms:

We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect the Service's functionality.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into EcomTracker. We do not claim any rights over your business data, revenue figures, or product information. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

8. Beta Service

EcomTracker is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed. The Service is provided "as is" during this period without warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or business decisions made based on data shown in the Service.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data used for business decisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
